you have been provided tracking information via email, your order cannot be

proper care, Twin Elegance jewelry can be enjoyed for generations. Air
pollutants, dust, perspiration, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, make-up, sun tan
lotion, deodorant, body oils and other natural elements can dull the appearance
of gemstones and precious metals. Because of this, it is always good practice
to wipe down your jewelry with a cotton cloth after wear. Use a professional
jewelry polishing cloth to restore your jewelry’s luster, especially in the
case of sterling silver, which can tarnish over time. We do not recommend wearing
any jewelry while bathing, showering or swimming. Fresh water, salt water and
chlorinated water can damage precious metals and cause them to dull or erode.
Chlorinated water, in particular, can damage and discolor silver/gold-plated
jewelry. Soapy water from bathing and showering can also wear down plated
jewelry and cause discoloration and dullness.
If you should experience a need for repair
on any Twin Elegance jewelry, please email customercare@twinelegance.com.
Please reference your Name, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided
a Repair Authorization Number, which must be clearly labeled on the package. Twin
Elegance will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect
within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed
to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
With
proper care, your Twin Elegance jewelry will last for generations. We use only
solid sterling silver as the base for our vermeil jewelry. In addition, we use
a minimum 2.5-micron coat of 18k yellow gold to ensure longevity.
